The Crossing encourages diners to have a prior reservation, although we will make every endeavor to accommodate walk-in guests. Management reserves the right to admission.

Restaurant timings: 12PM – 1AM, Monday to Sunday.

Business lunch: 12PM to 3:30PM 

Happy Hour 4PM -7PM

KIDS  POLICY

All ages are welcome from 12PM until 9PM.

RESERVATION POLICY:

– If you would like to make a reservation, please contact our team at +971 44919695 between 11AM to 10PM or email us at reservations@crossingtherestaurant.com. Please note that an email reservation request can only be treated as confirmed once our reservation executive has replied to the email confirming the reservation. 

– There may be times where our reservation executive may have to call you back to confirm details about your reservation. Please understand this is done only to ensure that we deliver the best experience possible and to maintain proper table spacing times for the day and time requested.

– For reservations of 10 guests and above, we require an advance payment of AED 100 per guest to confirm your reservation. Please note that this amount of AED 100 per guest will be forfeited in case your reservation is canceled less than 24 hours prior to the confirmed reservation time or in the event of a no show. We will send you a link to initiate the advance payment. 

– Given the limited seating at the restaurant, we encourage all our diners to arrive on time for their reservation. In case of no prior intimation, we will only be able to hold your table for 15 minutes post the reservation time. However, if you are late, we urge you to contact us so we can make our best effort to accommodate you. 

– Please note that each reservation guarantees your table for a duration of three and a half hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY / NO SHOWS:

– Due to the limited seating at the restaurant, we encourage all our diners to keep us informed about any change with regards to their reservation. In case you decide to cancel your reservation, we request you kindly give us a call at +971 44919695, which will enable us to offer your table to other diners whose reservations have been waitlisted.

OTHER POLICIES:

– Diners with food allergies are advised to inform their server at the beginning of the meal, prior to ordering. Please discuss your food allergies with the server so our chefs can accommodate for the same.

DRESS CODE:

Smart elegant. Long trousers only, no shorts, open shoes, sleeveless t-shirts, caps or hats for gentlemen. No flip flops or hats for ladies. UAE national dress is welcomed.

SMOKING:

E-Cigarettes are permitted at the bar only. The Main Dining is a strictly non-smoking area

ALCOHOL SERVICE:

In compliance with Dubai law, alcoholic beverages cannot be served to any guest under the age of 21. All guests are requested to verify the age and must be able to present a valid form of I.D. (Emirates ID or Original Passport).

BRING YOUR OWN CAKE:

We charge a cakeage fee of AED 100 per cake if a guest chooses to bring their own one.

GUEST PARKING:

Complimentary valet parking is available to all our guests at H hotel.
